How do I know which service I need?
Most people start with a one-time Deep Cleaning to reset their home to baseline, then set up Regular Cleaning at the cadence that fits — weekly for active households with kids/pets, bi-weekly for most, monthly for tidier homes. When we walk through your space for the quote, we recommend the right rhythm. No pressure to commit to anything.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes. Most clients combine Regular + a quarterly Deep Cleaning. Some pair Commercial (their office) with Regular (their home). We bundle when it makes sense — just tell us when we walk through your home and we will figure out the right rhythm together.
Is there a minimum visit, or can I book a one-time clean?
No minimum. You can book a single one-time clean (most popular for Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Out, and Post-Construction) or set up a recurring schedule. We are equally happy with both — we just want your home to feel taken care of.
Do you bring all the supplies + equipment?
Yes. We bring everything we need — EPA-safe products that are kid and pet friendly, vacuums, microfiber cloths, mops, and the rest of the kit. You do not need to provide anything. If you prefer we use your own products, just tell us in advance.
What if my home is bigger or messier than the quote assumed?
The walk-through quote is based on what we see. If something changes (you added a room, the home is messier than described), we tell you upfront before starting and either adjust the scope or the time. No surprise charges — ever. That is the rule.
Are you available for weekends or after-hours?
Residential: weekday mornings/afternoons are standard, but Saturday slots are available on request and fill fast. Commercial: we routinely clean offices after-hours (evenings + weekends) so your team never sees us. Just tell us your needed window.
